About the event
Join us at the Outer Banks Workforce Summit on November 12th to create a bright future for Outer Banks workforce members. At the Summit we’ll explore solutions to major challenges faced by those who make the Outer Banks economy and community thrive - housing, child care, and career planning.
Workforce members will lead discussions featuring leaders from communities where solutions to these challenges are being implemented. Based on these discussions Summit attendees will brainstorm solutions to workforce challenges in the Outer Banks.
Workforce members, employers, non-profits, elected officials, and public sector leaders are invited to join this conversation and contribute to the future success of the Outer Banks workforce.
The Summit will run from 9:00 - 3:30 at the Coastal Studies Institute in Wanchese. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP by 11/3/25.
